ETHICAL CODES:
The Belmont Report
The Belmont Report established three ethical principles
- Respect for Persons
- Beneficence
- Justice
These three principles are crucial to the understanding of ethical issues in research. They are used as the framework for the protection of human subjects for both biomedical and behavioral research in the United States.
